Refund policy

Our return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your package. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges if 30 days have passed since you received your delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused for a refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at nogovicin.aleksandr@ya.ru with your order number, return items, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process. Alongside your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
